Andy Killion <
Andy Killion was born and raised in the Santa Barbara/Ventura townships. He learned to sail on his "RED HOT" sabot at the Ventura Yacht Club. After high school he had the crazy idea of being a commercial diver so he attended and graduated from the Marine Diving Technology program at SBCC. He then attended and graduated from the California Maritime Academy where he obtained a USCG 3rd Mates License and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.


Andy Killion - Anchors Way Marine > He has been involved with the water his entire life starting as a " pin head" on the old Island Fox and moved on to tug boats and ships of all shapes and sizes. After getting married he settled down and took an office job as a stock broker for 13 years(what a change that was). One day Chuck Stanton called him and asked if he wanted to get out of the office and own a boat yard. He jumped at the chance! Thus the before and after images.

Tina Killion was born and raised in Ventura. I met her in high school and actually proposed to her many years later right here at the boatyard while one of my boats was on the hard. You will find her in the office most days paying bills and running the money side of our business. She spent 13 years in finance with Kinkos Corporation prior to saying" yes" to buying a boatyard. In addition to running the office, she is a mom and a great wife too! Thanks Tina!!
